Horrible service. Paid for prescription but never received magazine or tackle box. Contacted customer service one month ago and spoke with rep. Stated my payment was posted on another account. Problem was fixed, supponsingly. Just received another bill listed as URGENT. Completely dissatisfied with service and incompentencies...

sent in payment for subscription and tackle bag. Received letter stating they were unable to process credit card for payment. To avoid delys they have reinstate regular invoicing. Prompt payment will insure uniterrupted service.
I'm not going to pay a higher price for something that they can't process on their end. I know all info. was correct when I sent it in.

about 2 months ago, you advertize for a magazine $1500, we sent 15.00 and you requested another 1500 which = to 30.00 sub. why you advertize for l5 and we have to pay 30. plus we never got NOTHING, a gift was supposed to be included like a fishing bag or something like this. the name of the person is FREDERICK OLSICK, CAN YOU EXPLAIN WHY WE NEVER GOT ANYTHING, IN THAT CASE I NEED MY 30.00 BACK.

I was directed by your mailed noitification to bring up this web site to register. already a member. No place for a validation code or for registration.
