This was originally a gift subscription from a neighbor, I DID NOT RENEW and certainly NOT FOR 2 YEARS,but the past due notices keep coming!
This is comonly called a "Con" and is actually a Federal Offese.

I made the mistake of ordering this magazine for my wife a year ago. and everything went well untill it came time for renewall. I did not renew this subscrition but I have been done so terrible that I am so glad I did not renew my subscription.I have been hounded and had such nasty billing threats sent to me and I finally found a phone # but it was all automated. the website are no good this mag does not even deserve 1 star but that is as low as it goes. I will never deal with them again. do not dunn me again. A**&%# L ES

I too had difficulty when I followed the instructions on my statement to go to wwww.bhg.com/myaccount. All I wanted to do was cancel a subscription. How hard can that be ? I'll tell you how hard it can be. I could have found the Lindberg baby in less time !! After a very frustrating hour of chasing my cyber tail, I stumbled across this number for BHG customer service............ (800)374-4244. I hope this will help anybody else having problems with BHG, because I'm certainly done with them.

I did not renew your magazine and am outraged that you bill me with overdue
notices. As stated in other reviews I feel this is FRAUD and will contact the AG
of this state as well as filing a complaint with BBB and any other consumer
advocacy group I can find to report these practices.

I think Better Homes and Gardens billing practices are illegal. The "bill" even states that it is "overdue". I don't owe them a dime, and I don't want another issue of their magazine. I filed a formal complaint against them with the Iowa Attorney General's Office. It's easy to do online, and I suggest each of you who have had this experience file a complaint with your state's AG's office. It may take a while, but the matter will be addressed. I can't even give this magazine one star...but I had to to get this site to accept my review--and beware if you are thinking about subscribing because you'll never get them off your back.

I taped the calendar on my computer and went to set up a date of May 3rd, 2011 as being out of the office and discovered the dates are incorrect for May and June 2011 on your calendar date. Created a little bit of confusion!

I too received a bill for magazines that I did not order. There is no number to call to cancel, and I do not want my credit to be adversely affected. This is fraud. Your company practices should be examined for fraud and I am going to write to every consumer group I can find to help me shut down your illegal business practices.

i have been trying to get my magazine and looking for account to check online to no avail and went to www.bhg.com/myaccount the site sends you every where but account or billing to people i dont know but no info you would think they would make this easier i sent in my money 3 or 4 weeks ago.
