Hate Doorstep Delivery
"I absolutely hate the Doorstep Delivery service introduced by The 'O' magazine and others. They tell us its an improvement because we no longer have to go to our mailbox to collect it. Instead we now have to pick it out of the gutter along with all the other free trash. It may be saving Oprah $$$ but it's a terrible way to blemish her brand and treat her product like a flyer."
